How Will my Ebooks or Audiobooks be Delivered?
If you cannot find the download email link amongst your emails here are some tips.
- Check your spam/junk folder sometimes overzealous spam filters get in the way and deliver the email there instead of your inbox.
- If you paid with PayPal and your PayPal email address is different from the email you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email associated with your PayPal.
- If you still don’t see it, email help@bookfunnel.com and they can help you get your download link!
How Do I Download My Book?
After purchasing you will get an email with a link to the Book Funnel Link like below. Just click the link and it will allow you to download your copy from BookFunnel.
The link will take you to BookFunnel, the book delivery platform. Once you are on the BookFunnel page, click “Get My Book.” Select the type of device on which you would like to read the book and follow the step-by-step instructions for downloading to your specific device.

How Do I Listen to My Audiobook?
Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook, and instructions for how to download and listen in their app, or on another device. If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your spam / junk folder.

You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads!
The BookFunnel App is supported on devices running at least Android 5.1, iOS 11, and Amazon Fire Tablet 5th Generation.
OR
You can listen to the MP3 files on your computer or on any MP3 playing device.
OR
You can simply stream to your browser!
How Will I Read My Ebook?
Books can be read on: Kindle Fire tablets after 2015, Nook tablets after 2014, Kobo eReaders apart from Kobo Aura, Apple devices:
Apple Books, iTunes, iPads, iPhones using a minimum of iOS 10+ (2016) (but most were upgraded to iOS 10 after 2012); Android Tablets and Phones after Android 5.1(2013); your computer using Chrome or Firefox browser.
You cannot download your ebooks to the BookFunnel app or read on the browser from the following:
- Any E-Ink devices, including Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura.
- Internet Explorer browser
- Kindle Fire 1st Gen (2011)
- NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)
SOLUTION: If you have one of these, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer!
For Paperback How Long The Delivery Takes?
It depends on which country you’re in, and which shipping option you choose at checkout.
Each book is printed and sent to you specifically from the independent printer that I use and they might be printed in different countries than where the order is from.
You will be able to track your purchase through the link on the email you get after the purchase.
